Since we are now living so close to our Nation's Capital, we are trying to take advantage of some of the museums and events on the National Mall. Here is Ghost and the kids on the front steps to the National Archives. 
We traveled in to see the fireworks on the Fourth.
We waited . . .

and waited for it to get dark!
The museums stayed open late, and we took things to keep us busy. This helped the time to go by quickly. All the kids are amazed by the exhibits. They want to go to all the museums, and then see them all again!
