Finally!

Yes, I am finally updating my blog. It has been a hectic month. We moved out of our old house, stayed with family for a week, traveled to our new house and waited for our stuff to arrive. I cannot believe how much stuff we have! Most of our boxes are now unpacked and things are slowly finding new homes. This week I have been painting Elefly and BluePony's bedroom and bathroom (yes, they have their own bathroom) and CutiePie's bedroom. I am not quite done, but hopefully will finish tomorrow. EleFly, BluePony, Spidey, and CutiePie have had lots of fun playing on the trampoline since we finally got it put up. Now they want us to get the swingset together.

We have met several of our new neighbors who are very nice. Our street seems like the United Nations - many different cultures in just a small block! I hope I will get the chance to learn more about the people on our street, as well as be a witness to them in some way.

We are finding many things to do. The kids like the pool in our neighborhood - we can easily walk to it. As a family we have been through the Natural History Museum, Air & Space Museum, and we watched the fireworks on the National Mall on the 4th of July. The kids really love the museums and want to see more. Spidey could have spent all day in the Natural History Museum, and my girls really enjoyed the space displays of the Air & Space Museum.

I will try to post pictures soon. We are having wireless problems that we will hopefully have fixed soon. So for now, I will do my best to post from my ancient PC. We are missing Waukesha!
